Fellowship With The Word
Romans 8:37 NKJV “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”

Sometimes the promise or rather the experience of the transcendent life seems foreign to many believers. We don't get why it is written "you're more than a conqueror... (Romans 8v37)", but you seem to see yourself as more defeated than the average unbeliever. You don't understand why is written "you have the victory (1 John 5v4-5)", but there's a victim mindset plaguing your life. Truth is, you're powered by a life that is beyond the scare of death or your biggest fear (1 Jn 5v11-12). Eternal life is Christ in you. So besides redefining what success is to you from God's perspective, be encouraged to discover that life through fellowship with God. You've already been invited to communion with Him (1 Cor 1v9). And you've been made an heir. A joint heir with Christ (Rom 8v16-17) (Selah). You have been brought into a large place in Christ (Ps 18v19, Acts 17v28). With an inheritance Incorruptible (1 Pet 1v4). So why the disconnect? Galatians 4v1 says [1] Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all. As a "successor of God's estate", despite being the lord of all, you may not differ from those in bondage if you stay a babe. The devil doesn't make a distinction between sissies and seniors in the employment of his deceptive schemes. He'll cast it on anyways. Child of God now is not the time to be at ease with ignorance of the things of the spirit. We're at different levels and all growing, but please by all means as Peter says in I Peter 2:2-3 NKJV [2] as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, [3] if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious. Please examine your desires and channel them purposely to the things that profit your existence beyond time. You're equipped with the Word of life. So, it's time to take responsibility and be the light of life (John 8v12). Take advantage of the unction that teaches you all things right within you (1 John 2v19, 27). You're sufficient in His sufficiency! PRAYER: Lord Jesus, thank you for your immeasurable love to me. Thank you for eternal life and for giving me all things that pertains to life and godliness. I hold on to everything I have in you, and I confess that you are my reality and that your word is my truth irrespective of my current circumstances. I take full responsibility of the authority that is mine in Christ and I do exploits for your kingdom. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
